Our story begins with a woman on a mission. After 6+ years of working in the cannabis industry, our founder Brianna Bowes grew frustrated with the lack of female representation in both executive positions and product offerings.
After the signing of the Compassionate Care Act in 2014, Brianna set out to combine her retail expertise and passion for the plant. In 2018 she established the Florida Chapter of the Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce; and by 2020, she was the youngest woman to own and operate a Florida clinic chain while introducing the first luxury Medical Marijuana Clinic in Boca Raton, FL.
With a model that combined medical aesthetics and medical cannabis, she found herself constantly disappointed while searching for quality, female-friendly products to offer patients.
And Sunbaked Goods Was Born…..
Sunbaked Goods was created for women and the men who love them.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between the experienced and inexperienced user through good practice and great ingredients. All of our products are made using 100% pure cannabis oil from farms and facilities that we have visited ourselves!
At Sunbaked, we go beyond delicious taste. With our founder’s commitment to community, we donate a percentage of profits towards organizations working in Women’s Health, as well as reinvestments back into the small businesses who invest in us.

Since CBD doesn’t attach to CB1 or CB2 receptors like THC does, it doesn’t produce the same intoxicating effect or impairment.

At the federal level in the U.S., hemp-derived products became legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. All Sunbaked CBD products remain in compliance as they contain no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight basis.

THC is the compound that is most commonly associated with psychoactive effects. The “high” from THC comes from its binding with CB1 receptors.
There are now many different types of “THC” out there in the market. Sunbaked Goods offers both Delta-8 THC and Delta-9 THC.

Cannabis products, regardless of whether they’re hemp derived, that contain more than 0.3% THC by dry weight are still illegal under federal law.
However, legality can become a tricky subject thanks to varying state laws regarding both cannabis and hemp.
Sunbaked Goods Delta-9 THC products are only available in adult-use states.
